Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the East region's client account in a structured project delivery program. You’ll track phases from due diligence to post-construction, maintain standard documents, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned through clear notes and sign-offs.

You will work onsite with Office Services Leaders, architects, engineers, and project managers, using Planner and SharePoint daily to ensure consistency and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, project engineering, or owner's-representative role, with exposure to construction projects.
• Exceptionally organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools and building prompts for consistent project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Planner for task/workflow tracking.
• Experience building/maintaining SharePoint sites and document libraries.

Responsibilities

• Track every project in the region through the defined project phases: Due Diligence to Post-Construction.
• Ensure standard project documents are used on every project and closeout packages prepared.
• Confirm RACI is followed with relevant stakeholders involved at the right points.
• Support scope sign-off, budget close-out, and post-construction closure activities.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and scope documents to monitor progress and escalate when needed.
• Attend construction meetings and capture accurate notes, decisions and follow-up items.
• Build and maintain a SharePoint site and use Planner to track tasks and due dates.
• Develop AI prompts for status summaries, meeting recaps, and reminders to standardize delivery.
