Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator (P3) to support the East region client account. The role requires understanding construction drawings, schedules, and scope, with a focus on documenting decisions and keeping Office Services Leaders informed.

The position reports to the Director - Facilities Management & Projects Program and will work onsite across Eastern and Central US time zones. Expect the use of Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and AI prompts to standardize project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, project engineering, or owner's-representative role.
• Exceptionally organized, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools and building effective prompts to support consistent, repeatable project documentation and follow-up - this is a core, hands-on part of the role, not a nice-to-have.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Planner for task and workflow tracking.
• Experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites, including document libraries and site structure.

Responsibilities

• Track every project in the region through the program's defined project phases and ensure outcomes are met before moving forward.
• Ensure standard project documents are used consistently on every project.
• Confirm the agreed RACI is followed with right stakeholders involved at the right points.
• Support scope sign-off and budget close-out during Pre-Construction, and track punch list and warranty items through Post-Construction.
• Read and follow construction drawings, schedules, and scope documents to track progress and escalate issues.
• Sit in on construction meetings to capture notes, decisions, and follow-up items.
