Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the East region's client account. The role partners with the Facilities Management & Projects Program Director to deliver on the standard process across multiple sites using AI prompts, Microsoft Planner, and SharePoint.

The ideal candidate will have construction project experience, be highly organized, and capable of translating drawings, schedules, and scope into organized support for Office Services Leaders (OSLs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or owner's-representative roles.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support repeatable documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Planner and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Track each project through defined phases and confirm outcomes before progression.
• Ensure standard project documents are used on every project.
• Confirm the RACI is followed with stakeholders.
• Support scope sign-off and budget close-out during Pre-Construction.
• Prepare OSLs with clear summaries ahead of key decisions.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for status items.
