JDL is seeking a Project Manager in the Boston area to plan, execute, and close projects within strict deadlines and budgets. You will direct interior commercial construction efforts, coordinate with estimating, and ensure timely billing and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to managing schedules, costs, and risk across the full project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Strong leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel within Boston and surrounding towns.

Mansioni

• Direct and manage interior commercial construction projects through full lifecycle.
• Create and execute project schedules meeting client requirements.
• Collaborate with Estimating to review contract documents and subcontract awards.
• Review financial data to identify potential issues.
• Administer billing and collections to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain updated project schedule with Project Superintendent and involve them in decisions.
• Meet with client representatives to determine requirements and maintain client relations.
