Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex projects across our real estate portfolio. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful delivery from planning through completion.

Minimum 4–6 years in PM, with strong communication, budgeting, and risk management skills. This on-site role in the US requires a Bachelor’s degree and PMP is a plus. Compensation ranges reflect market norms in real estate construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Lead and motivate project support teams for high performance.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Track finances, forecast costs, and ensure budget adherence.
• Implement quality controls and drive continuous improvement.
