Job summary

JLL in Boston, MA, seeks a Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services team. You will support senior managers across diverse building and site development projects, lead meetings, manage budgets, and maintain robust client relations, with a clear path for growth in a mentorship-driven environment.

You will travel regionally, collaborate with designers and contractors, and monitor construction progress to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in building design, construction, or facilities management.
Proficiency in Word and Excel for documentation and budgets.
Willingness to travel in the New England region.

Responsibilities

Support project execution by assisting senior project managers with a diverse portfolio of building and site development projects.
Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules, tracking expenditures and communicating status updates.
Organize and facilitate project meetings with comprehensive agendas and minutes.
Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Take ownership of specific project elements with direct client contact under senior guidance.
Conduct regular site visits to projects and client facilities in the New England region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, contractors, and facility managers to coordinate activities.
