Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and real estate projects within our Project and Development Services team. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management
• Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive-level clients
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with project management software and technology platforms, MS Project and Procore
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects and proactively resolve project-related issues throughout the assignment lifecycle
• Develop project scope documents and schedules that align with client objectives and budget parameters
• Conduct and document weekly meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and maintain accurate electronic files and documentation
• Oversee general contractor activities and coordinate technical relocations with minimal client disruption
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and quality deliverables
• Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain financial tracking files
• Manage accounts receivable in accordance with corporate finance guidelines
