Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a regional leader to oversee Construction Division activities, direct PMs, installers, and QA managers, and promote our products to GC and industrial accounts. You will forecast TPM efforts and collaborate with ROM/GM to drive regional success.

The role requires strong project management, team leadership, and CRM proficiency in Salesforce; a flexible, self-directed approach is essential for success in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead installers, project managers and QA teams.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales org tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Construction Division activities in the region, directing PMs, installers, and QA managers.
• Promote Stonhard products to General Contractors and industrial/commercial accounts.
• Forecast and manage TPM in the assigned region; support ROM/GM for strategy.
• Directly manage Project Managers and Superintendents as needed.
• Review installer performance quarterly and address issues with leadership.
