Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a regional Construction Division leader in Anaheim, CA. You will oversee project management, installer recruitment, and quality assurance, while promoting Stonhard's offerings to contractors and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes TPM forecasting, cross-functional coordination with sales leadership, and guiding PMs and superintendents to meet corporate objectives. Mobility and strong planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate tasks to teams including installers and sales staff.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills for fast-changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Division activities in the region, including PM, Installer Recruiting, and QA Managers.
• Present and promote Stonhard products and services to general contractors and commercial accounts.
• Track and execute Total Project Management (TPM) and forecast for the region.
• Directly manage Project Managers and Superintendents as needed.
