Job summary

CEO Inc. is seeking a Composites Technical Sales Representative to cover a Western Michigan territory primarily in a remote capacity.

You will manage customer relationships, understand composite materials and manufacturing processes, and present material solutions to help customers improve performance. You will act as a technical resource, identify opportunities, and grow business with existing accounts and new prospects.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in composites or related technical environment.
Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand customer processes.
Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
Commercial mindset with interest in growing business.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in Western Michigan.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource to customers, helping identify materials and solutions based on their applications, processes, and business needs.
Grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Partner with customers and suppliers on product selection and technical challenges.
Introduce customers to new materials, technologies, and solutions through Company and supplier partners.
Identify opportunities to convert competitive business and expand product usage within existing accounts.
Manage territory sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and overall account development.
Collaborate with technical, sales, customer service, operations, and supplier teams.
