Job summary

Watlow seeks a Global Compensation Manager to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of compensation across its global organization. You will shape pay bands, total rewards structures, and market benchmarks across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC while collaborating with senior leaders to ensure equity and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation/total rewards across multiple regions.
• CCP or CTP certification preferred and strong data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of global compensation and total rewards structures.
• Conduct market benchmarking and develop market-aligned pay ranges for Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee global job architecture project, job leveling and internal equity.
• Advise leadership on compensation decisions, salary negotiations, and offers.
