Job summary

Momentive is seeking an Americas Compensation, Global Recognition & Mobility Program Leader to implement global compensation programs in the Americas, advise HRBPs and leaders, and co-lead research and development of base pay, market pricing, incentives, and international assignments.

The role requires strong analytics, financial modeling, and the ability to influence senior leaders across a global manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR with compensation/benefits experience.
• Experience in global organizations and multi-country programs.
• Bachelor’s degree; CCP preferred for advancement.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas compensation programs, base pay, and incentives.
• Oversee global mobility including international assignments and relocations.
• Drive rewards and recognition program improvements and budgeting.
• Provide executive compensation analysis and committee materials.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders on strategy.
