Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth by building trust-based networks and hosting gatherings from small dinners to large open houses. You will connect families with mentors and alumni, travel regularly, and engage with public officials and business leaders while tracking referrals in a CRM.

You will design events with budgets, recruit parent ambassadors, and convert relationships into student opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships, with at least one result you personally drove that you can explain with a number and a timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host gatherings monthly (open events, dinners, family retreats) within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors, and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors and match them with prospective families.
• Build relationships with public officials and business executives to gain support for campuses.
• Connect enrolled families with mentors, masterclasses and internships; welcome alumni within 30 days.
• Record every gathering and introductions in a CRM with accuracy.
