Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead regional relationships that grow enrollment through personal referrals. You will design and host gatherings of varying sizes, build a robust network of parent ambassadors, and engage public officials and business leaders to open new campuses and create student opportunities.

You will document methods, track outcomes in CRM, and travel locally to host events on evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running a large number of gatherings with budgets.
• CRM usage and accurate record-keeping of introductions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly (open events, dinners, family retreats) within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors; personally host events.
• Recruit parent ambassadors and match with prospective families during tours.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to support campus openings and opportunities for students.
• Record all gatherings and introductions in the CRM with outcomes.
