Job summary

Alpha seeks a Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth by connecting families with schools, officials and business leaders through hosted gatherings, ambassador programs and strategic partnerships. You will design and run events of varying sizes, recruit parent ambassadors, secure venues, and ensure accurate CRM records for every introduction and outcome.

The role requires regular weekday-evening and weekend hosting, travel in major cities, and a commitment to advancing student

Qualifications

Five+ years in community or client-base growth through relationships with measurable results.
Experience designing and running 20+ gatherings with varied sizes and budgets, including large and small events.
Established relationships with public officials or executives with measurable outcomes.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Plan and host multiple gatherings monthly, with diverse formats and budgets.
Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
Recruit parent ambassadors and match them with prospective families.
Build relationships with officials and business leaders to support campus openings and student opportunities.
Record all gatherings and introductions in CRM with accuracy.
