Job summary

AAM is seeking an experienced Community Manager Senior to provide leadership for assigned communities and guide the on-site teams. The role focuses on developing relationships with developer boards, standardizing procedures, coaching Community Managers, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.

You will conduct property tours, oversee annual reviews, participate in board meetings, manage communications, and support regional directors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-time, paid professional experience in Community Management.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service, conflict resolution, and problem solving.
• Experience with HOAs or entities with Governing Documents; budgeting and financial administration; vendor management.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of AAM by developing relationships with developer board members and having monthly conversations with boards.
• Standardize operating procedures for onsite and Del Webb communities.
• Lead, coach and develop Community Managers; conduct annual reviews.
• Partners with the Management Team to ensure compliance with association laws.
• Attend board meetings, manage communications, and verify board packets per standards.
• Review budgets and financial administration; oversee reporting and documents.
• Travel to communities as needed and fill in for managers during absences.
