Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC is seeking a Community/Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA communities. You will apply knowledge of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and management contracts while delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners and boards.

Lead vendor negotiations, prepare annual budgets, review invoices, and present financial reports. The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with HOA governance documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations) and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts.
• Strong communication skills with homeowners, boards, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Review governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations) and ensure compliance.
• Interact with homeowners, vendors, and service providers to maintain high customer service.
• Prepare and present monthly management/financial reports; coordinate with accounting.
• Prepare budgets and work with vendors to obtain accurate data.
• Schedule and facilitate Board meetings and communicate outcomes.
