Job summary

ASSOCIATED ASSET MANAGEMENT is seeking a Senior Community Manager leader to oversee the performance and development of Community Managers across multiple communities. You will drive quarterly property reviews, standardize procedures, and maintain strong relationships with developer representatives and HOA boards.

The role requires hands-on supervision, extensive knowledge of HOA governance, budgeting, and vendor management, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-time, paid professional experience in Community Management with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the organization to developers and boards, with monthly conversations.
• Standardize operating procedures for onsite communities.
• Lead property tours with Community Managers to coach and develop property knowledge.
• Provide leadership and direction to Community Managers and manage staff reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HOA/state laws and manage board relations.
