Job summary

Alpha seeks a results-driven Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth by building a network of families, parent ambassadors and partners. Qualifications

• Five years or more of experience growing a community or client base through relationships.
• Evidence of personally driving at least one measurable result with a number and timeframe.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings total, including large events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host multiple gatherings per month, from small dinners to large events, within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors, and personally host events.
• Recruit and activate parent ambassadors to connect with prospective families and tours.
• Build relationships with officials and business leaders to secure venues and partnerships.
• Record events and introductions in a CRM and track outcomes for each family.
