Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, mentorship, and real-world skills. This on-site role in multiple U.S. cities develops a regional community, coordinating family events, masterclasses, and internships to drive enrollment growth through personal referrals.

The candidate should bring a proven record of hosting large gatherings, building networks with officials and executives, and managing budgets while using a CRM to track impact and opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with a measurable result.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings in total, including events over 100 attendees and smaller events with budgets.
• Established relationships with elected or appointed officials or senior executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• One of: Ivy League degree; top consulting/investment banking/public relations firm experience; board seat; Chief of Staff with leaders; or tours in foreign service.
• Consistent CRM or relationship-tracking usage with accurate first-contact records.
• Deep local network in Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas or New York City; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings monthly, including open events, city- and grade-level dinners, and family retreats within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors and match them with prospective families.
• Build relationships with public officials and business executives to secure venues and support for campuses.
• Connect enrolled families with parent circles, mentors, masterclasses and internships; welcome graduates into alumni community within 30 days.
• Record gatherings and introductions in the CRM and maintain records of introductions and opportunities.
