Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (architectural and civil plans).
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight for project assignments within the regional project area.
• Comfortable using email and basic computer programs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily commercial construction jobsite operations and field coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and jobsite activity.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, architectural plans, and civil plans.
• Monitor schedules, materials, equipment, quality, safety, and overall jobsite organization.
• Maintain daily reports, jobsite photos, project documentation, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate project closeout, final inspections, punch list completion, and turnover activities.
