Job summary

gpac is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for commercial construction projects across the United States. This nationwide role requires leading field operations on hospitality, data centers, multifamily, and other commercial builds, with frequent travel and regular coordination with head office and site teams.

You will manage schedules, subs, and safety, ensure QC and compliance with contract specs, and drive projects to on-time completion while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing hospitality, data centers, multifamily or commercial projects ($15M–$60M).
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Drive projects to successful, on-time completion.
