Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Superintendent - Construction for direct hire to lead on-site commercial construction projects in the industrial facilities and infrastructure sector. You will coordinate teams, read drawings, enforce safety, and keep projects moving while communicating with project managers, clients, inspectors, and field crews.

Candidates should have 2+ years of commercial construction experience (3–5 years preferred), a valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and

Qualifications

• Lead commercial construction jobsite operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and field activity schedules.
• Maintain safety, quality, documentation, equipment, materials, and overall jobsite organization.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight for projects; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial construction operations on active job sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, material deliveries, and daily field activities.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, architectural plans, and civil plans.
• Monitor project schedules, identify issues early, and help resolve challenges.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain quality workmanship.
• Maintain daily reports, jobsite photos, project documentation, and punch lists.
