Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee restaurant projects across the region. You will manage field operations from mobilization to turnover, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality.

This travel-heavy role requires restaurant construction experience and the ability to work on multiple sites, with overnight stays of one to three weeks as needed.

Qualifications

• Restaurant construction experience is required, including ground-up or renovations.
• Travel-heavy role; willingness to stay near active sites for weeks.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of field operations for restaurant projects from start to turnover.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors to keep work on schedule.
• Review plans and ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections and site activities.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain field documentation.
