Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up bank and retail construction projects across the country. This role is ideal for a commercial Superintendent who enjoys running the field and traveling for a steady pipeline of work with strong travel benefits.

You’ll own projects from mobilization through closeout, manage subs, safety, quality, and field operations, and coordinate with PMs, clients, and trade partners to keep work progressing and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Bank and/or retail construction experience.
• Ground-up commercial project knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up bank and retail projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and daily field operations.
• Coordinate with PMs, clients, and trade partners to keep projects moving.
