Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics in the United States seeks a Director, Regional Business to lead a high-impact region, directing commercial and clinical performance. You will build and empower a Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists team, translating national strategy into local plans to drive procedural growth and superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years in medical device or robotics sales/clinical roles.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Experience launching programs in healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong data analytics and CRM reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Translate national strategy into regional execution plans focused on volume, maturity, and retention.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital and IDN leadership to expand adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Launch leadership.
• Oversee surgeon onboarding and training cadence with relevant teams.
• Analyze regional performance metrics and usage data to identify gaps and growth.
• Drive business planning with regional teams and lead reviews with senior managers.
• Ensure regulatory and administrative compliance and budget support.
• Serve as regional escalation point for customer satisfaction and OR readiness.
