Foodemployment Staffing is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Natural Colors to drive growth in the food and beverage industry across the US and Europe. You will target food and beverage manufacturers, brands, and co-manufacturers with tailored color ingredient solutions.

Lead regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to deliver innovative color solutions while expanding market share and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of NATURAL COLOR sales experience.
• Proven track record in new business development and regional territory management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B customers including manufacturers, brands, and co-manufacturers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting to launch.
• Lead pricing negotiations, proposals, contracts, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Regulatory teams to deliver tailored color solutions.
