DöhlerGroup in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Product Manager for North America Colors to lead the portfolio strategy and uncover new business opportunities within the food and beverage colors market.

You will own revenue and profitability targets, collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D and supply chain, develop value propositions and deliver compelling customer presentations. Travel up to 25% is required.

This is a full‑time on‑site role with a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in product management, development or R&D in colors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead product portfolio lifecycle management with accurate master data, pricing, stocks and documentation.
• Monitor product performance, identify gaps and drive portfolio development initiatives.
• Own revenue and profitability targets for colors and coatings portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales to position products and support customer engagements.
• Develop and deliver capability and product presentations to customers.
• Coordinate with marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain and pricing to drive projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop campaigns and training material.
• Leverage market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
