Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Regional Business Director to lead field execution and drive commercial performance across a defined geography.

This remote-based role may require travel within a region as needed and will manage a team of field professionals to deliver coordinated launches. The role demands 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales leadership, direct people management, and a proven track record of successful full-cycle product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or strategic account management leadership within CNS or specialty pharmaceutical environments.
• Demonstrated direct people management experience.
• Recent national and regional awards recognizing top performance.
• Evidence of consistent overachievement against commercial targets.
• Proven CNS or specialty product launch experience, including full launch cycle from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Experience operating in agile, fast-moving organizations; biotech or emerging pharma preferred.
• Ability to perform in high-expectation, scaling environments.
• The physical and mental requirements include substantial computer use and screen work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to achieve and exceed objectives.
• Drive execution of a unified commercial strategy across the region.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access for coordinated engagement.
• Support field readiness across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Ensure teams have tools and behaviors for successful product launches.
• Drive performance through clear goals, KPI tracking, and coaching.
• Provide field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Build a strong, accountable high-performance team culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
