Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Regional Sales Business Director for the Southeast. This remote-based role covers the United States with regional travel as needed and reports to the Commercial leadership.

You will lead a field team, drive a unified commercial strategy, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access to achieve launch success. The role requires 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales leadership, proven people management, and a track record of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or strategic account management leadership in CNS or specialty pharma.
• Proven people management experience.
• National and regional awards recognizing top performance.
• Evidence of consistent overachievement against commercial targets.
• Experience launching CNS or specialty products across pre-launch to post-launch phases.
• Experience operating in agile, fast-moving biotech or emerging pharma settings.
• Ability to perform in high-expectation, scaling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to achieve and exceed objectives.
• Drive execution of a unified regional commercial strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access for coordinated customer engagement.
• Support field readiness and execution across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Ensure teams are equipped with capabilities, tools, and behaviours for successful launches.
• Drive performance through KPI tracking and ongoing coaching.
• Provide insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Build a strong, accountable, high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
