Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or strategic account leadership in CNS or specialty pharma.
• Demonstrated direct people management experience.
• Recent national and regional awards recognizing top performance.
• Evidence of consistent overachievement against commercial targets.
• Proven CNS or specialty product launch experience, including full launch cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field professionals to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive execution of a unified commercial strategy across the region.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access for coordinated engagement.
• Support field readiness and execution across pre-launch to post-launch phases.
• Ensure teams have capabilities, tools, and behaviors for launches.
• Drive performance through clear goals, KPI tracking, and coaching.
• Provide field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Build an accountable, high-performing team culture.
