Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead field execution and drive commercial performance across a defined geography. This remote-based role will manage and develop a team of field professionals while ensuring alignment with enterprise commercial strategy and ongoing product launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or strategic account management leadership in CNS or specialty pharma environments.
• Demonstrated direct people management experience.
• Recent national and regional awards recognizing top performance.
• Evidence of consistent overachievement against commercial targets.
• Proven CNS or specialty product launch experience, including full launch cycle from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Experience operating in agile, fast-moving organizations; biotech or emerging pharma preferred.
• Ability to perform in high-expectation, scaling environments.
