Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Lincolnton, NC, seeks an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to oversee clinical care and local operations for a population of patients. You will manage the clinical team, drive productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction, and ensure adherence to Eventus protocols while collaborating with medical leadership.

Qualified candidates may come from clinical or healthcare operations backgrounds with long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field combined with substantial healthcare operations experience
• National certification for area of specialty (required for clinically licensed candidates)
• Unrestricted license in area of specialty within the state of practice (required for clinically licensed candidates)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical performance and achievement of productivity expectations of Care Team members
• Foster an engaging culture among all teammates
• Manage adherence to established and documented Eventus clinical standards, processes and procedures as written by specialty specific clinical directors
• Receive and react to clinical quality data reports
• Regularly review documentation and coding of all care team members to ensure compliance and quality
• Receive and analyze clinical quality data and provider productivity reports; reacting and counseling team members as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and director of clinical services for specialty guidance
• Visit facilities on-site to observe and optimize clinical skills and workflow
• Ensure providers perform clinical duties and monitor productivity to meet standards
• Work with operations to meet KPI’s and patient care goals
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new providers
