Job summary

The Area Director of Operations oversees clinical care for a localized population of patients and provides direct management of the clinical members of that care team. Core functions are to enhance the performance of the entire team through facilitating the work of the various members in the areas of clinical performance and quality, patient satisfaction, and compliance with Eventus clinical protocols.

The role reports as a main contact for client facilities and will require strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree required.
• National certification for area of specialty.
• Current professional licensure in area of specialty in the practice state.
• Previous long-term care experience required.
• Experience leading healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for a localized patient population.
• Direct management of clinical team members to improve performance.
• Serve as liaison between client facilities and Eventus WholeHealth.
• Review documentation and coding for compliance and quality.
• Visibly lead, train, and coach staff; ensure on-site presence and teamwork.
