Job summary

Opsam Health in the San Diego area seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of three clinics delivering primary and specialty care, including Mira Mesa Main Clinic, with scheduling in eClinicalWorks and strong emphasis on patient experience.

You will manage budgeting, billing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff retention, while ensuring compliance and high-quality, cost-effective care for the community. Work closely with the CFO, Director of Operations, and CMO.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Primary Care clinic management experience required.
• Multi-clinic/regional management experience preferred.
• LVN or Medical Assistant strongly preferred.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Attention to detail, time management, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of three clinics in the northern region.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulations.
• Manage budgeting, billing systems, and financial performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff including PSRs and MAs.
• Supervise patient registration, scheduling (via eClinicalWorks), and insurance authorizations.
• Lead QA/QI programs aligned with PCMH goals.
• Collaborate with CFO, Finance, and Operations to maintain financial sustainability.
• Address escalated issues and manage incident reports on privacy, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Support clinical providers alongside Director of Operations and Chief Medical Officer.
