Job summary

Camino Health Center is seeking a Clinic Manager to coordinate daily operations across medical, behavioral health and dental services, ensuring excellent patient experience and efficient access to care.

The role supervises Health Information Clerks, Patient Services staff and clinical leads, drives PCMH initiatives, and partners with the Management Team to optimize scheduling, registration and program compliance in a fast-paced community health setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Management or related field; or three years of healthcare supervisory experience.
• Prior supervisory experience and excellent customer services skills.
• Experience with health center IT and electronic health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of medical and dental support staff.
• Lead process improvements to enhance PCMH care delivery.
• Oversee Health Information Clerks and EHR data integrity and scheduling workflows.
• Ensure accurate patient check-in and registration; optimize appointment scheduling.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients, families and health center staff.
