Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience managing a market within a clinic or outpatient urgent care setting
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong understanding of financials with emphasis on patient engagement, growth, and retention
• Enthusiastic about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer/patient experiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics within the region, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource allocation
• Manage both clinical and support staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and job satisfaction
• Partner with the regional medical director to monitor and improve the quality of care provided to patients
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of clinics, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems within the clinics
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and organizational strategic plans
