Responsibilities

• Oversees daily department operations, staffing, and service priorities to maximize patient access and provider efficiency.
• Collaborates with Administration/Operations to develop and support policies and staffing plans.
• Leads performance improvement activities and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages staffing decisions, coaching and development, and budget compliance.
• Supports a safe, patient-focused, high-quality care environment.
