Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics in the region, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource allocation.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate clinical and support staff.
• Partner with regional medical director to monitor and improve quality of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices across clinics.
• Develop strategies to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for clinics.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using data-driven approaches.
