Commercial Fire is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will manage work orders, communicate with affiliates and customers by phone and email, and support Account Managers with timely service requests.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, excellent time management, and teamwork, with a focus on organized, efficient handling of high-volume emails and data entry using Excel and Microsoft Office.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Capable of handling high-volume email.

Responsabilidades

• Provide work order follow-up with affiliates in a region.
• Follow up with affiliates and customers by phone and email to schedule dates and gather paperwork.
• Support Account Managers with information from affiliates and customer service requests.
• Contact affiliates weekly in the region to build relationships.
• Manage very heavy email traffic using Outlook and folders/rules.
