Job summary

Academy Fire Life Safety, LLC is seeking a National Customer Service Representative to support clients through the life cycle of a work order. This entry-level role ensures requests are received, updated, and completed satisfactorily with frontline communication.

You will schedule new and return trip work orders, update notes, assist with proposals on client portals, and help coordinate between technicians and site contacts, with 0–2 years of experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related experience in client support or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and acknowledgement of client service requests
• Scheduling new and return trip work orders between technicians and site contacts
• Updating internal notes and third-party portals on all progress
• Follow up on scheduled work orders to validate completion/status
• Prepare and submit proposals on client portals
• Identify and elevate issues between vendor and/or client in collaboration with JR and or AM
• Manage customer NTE limits
• Manage response to client KPI’s, Initial response, time to complete, IVR utilization
