Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team to provide exceptional support to employer groups sized 100–499 lives. You will be the primary contact for client management, manage new case submissions, renewals and amendments, and educate clients on LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Life and voluntary products.

This role requires 3–5 years in employee benefits, a Life and Disability license for the resident state, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Licensure in life and disability insurance for the resident state within the assigned hub.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in employee benefits or client management.
• Willingness to travel; travel percentage varies by caseload and territory.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Client Management for your book of business.
• Manage new case submissions, renewals, and amendments.
• Identify and promote additional lines of coverage or plan improvements.
• Participate in in-person client and broker meetings.
• Promote new product offerings and enhanced product features.
• Facilitate enrollment and re-enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Employers, Policyholders) to achieve outcomes.
