The Standard seeks a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team to support employer groups of 100 to 499 lives and educate them on LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Life, and voluntary products. As a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you will provide exceptional support and customer service to your assigned caseload (Employer Groups of 100 to 499 lives), through daily guidance and education of their benefit products. The products you will be working with are LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Life, and an assortment of voluntary and state-specific statutory products. You will need to have effective negotiation skills, independent decision-making ability, and a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$66,000-111,750 base + incentive
