Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas seeks a Boutique Sales Manager to elevate client experiences and drive sales. You will lead the sales team, mentor staff, and execute client development strategies leveraging CRM initiatives to build loyalty and growth.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will ensure exceptional service, uphold brand standards, and collaborate on long-term plans for client attraction and retention in a luxury retail environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5–7 years in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.
• Strong selling and closing skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets on the sales floor.
• Develop and implement client development strategies leveraging CRM.
• Coach performance through feedback and effective coaching.
• Model leadership and drive boutique-level client attraction and retention.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
