Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a Regional Client Relations Manager to lead client relationships, operations, and business development across client sites. You will manage up to 100 employees, ensure stellar service, and drive retention while aligning with corporate policy and strategic goals.

You will report to the Client Relations Director or VP of Client Relations, and work to optimize processes, improve service quality, and deliver measurable outcomes for major clients in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and operations leadership.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Lead on-site operational teams across client sites to ensure SLA adherence.
• Define and optimize operational processes and service standards with clients.
• Identify KPIs and monitor performance against revenue, costs and compliance.
• Drive business development within existing accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, billing accuracy and overall financial performance.
