Opensity Solutions is seeking a National Client Relations Manager to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across a national portfolio. This role oversees 9 locations with a total headcount of approximately 45 employees, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

This hands-on position requires an operational mindset, a client-first approach, and the ability to lead teams across multiple sites while partnering with cross-functional groups to support business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, client relations, or service leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outsourcing or similar service-based experience required.
• Law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across 9 locations, ensuring consistency and service excellence
• Manage and develop a team of ~45 employees, driving performance and accountability
• Build strong client relationships through proactive, high-touch service
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvements and drive results
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Oversee projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
• Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives and client needs
• Address operational challenges quickly with effective solutions
• Support budgeting, planning, and reporting for leadership
