Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years' sales experience required.
• Superior knowledge of sophisticated sales techniques and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage a protracted and complicated sales process.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills with ability to sell to C-level executives.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to win sale without being lowest priced solution.
• Track record of success.
• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow charter sales to meet and exceed revenue goals and objectives.
• Prospect and develop new business; generate inquiries and move to booking.
• Maintain relationships with Charter Center peers and Operations personnel.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers for growth and retention.
• Navigate complex sales channels and move deals forward through lengthy processes.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and bid processes to win new business.
• Gather market intelligence and stay updated on transportation market changes.
• Establish company as a transportation solution through industry visibility.
• Focus on large regional accounts greater than $15,000 in transactions.
• Travel 25% of the time.
