Job summary

ErectaStep is seeking a high-performing Regional Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through our distributor network across Eastern PA, Eastern NY, New Jersey, and Delaware.

You will own the regional sales strategy, manage and enable existing industrial distributors, and identify new channel partners to expand our footprint in modular stairs, maintenance platforms, and industrial safety compliance solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of successful B2B industrial sales through distributors or similar channels.
Experience managing a multi-state territory with distributor reps.
Ability to travel 50%+ and drive a product demonstration vehicle if needed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in technical fields considered.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales plans across Eastern PA, Eastern NY, NJ, and DE.
Target, onboard and enable industrial distributors; train distributor sales teams.
Collaborate with distributors to present to end-users and conduct demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, generate leads, and report pipeline updates to management.
Maintain relationships with distributor leadership and branch managers; ensure satisfaction.
