Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth across an assigned territory by developing and strengthening EAM’s representative and dealer network, expanding customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will lead regional sales strategies to support revenue, bookings, and margin growth while collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including managing independent representatives, distributors, dealers, or other sales channels
• Proven track record of achieving sales, bookings, revenue, and/or margin growth objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop, strengthen, and manage the representative and dealer network in the assigned territory
• Set territory sales goals with representatives and review performance
• Conduct regular business reviews on pipeline, bookings, revenue, and opportunities
• Coordinate product, application, and sales training for channel partners
• Drive regional sales initiatives and monitor territory performance
• Provide guidance on major opportunities, including negotiations and deal closure
• Develop pricing strategies and review discounts with representatives
• Evaluate channel effectiveness and expand coverage
