Job summary

Spectrum Business seeks a Regional Channel Sales Manager to drive voice, data, and video sales within a defined territory. You will connect businesses with tailored communication solutions and influence customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will analyze client needs, design proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and ongoing retention while meeting or exceeding quotas. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience with quota attainment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Experience selling data, voice or video solutions preferred.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive needs analysis and develop client-focused solutions.
• Design and present sales proposals highlighting product benefits.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through strategic activities.
• Qualify new leads via calls, networking and events.
• Coordinate site surveys and ROI analyses for clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with teams.
• Engage with Account Management for smooth handoffs and retention.
